Privacy notice

Brivox Pte Ltd collects and uses personal data (names, business contact details, and on delivery documents a patient reference that is initials or a case number only) to supply, invoice and deliver medical products, to meet regulatory and accounting obligations, and to ask for feedback on our service. We keep records for 10 years as required for accounting and GST, after which personal details are removed or anonymised. Data is stored in Singapore-hosted systems and shared only with our accounting provider (Xero), our email provider and regulators where required. You may ask to see, correct or stop the use of your personal data, or opt out of feedback emails at any time, by contacting our data protection officer.
